Internal Audit Manager • Responsible for Audit plans while develops, implements, and maintains an effective audit program to oversee and support regulatory compliance. • Identify factors causing deficient conditions and recommend courses of action to improve the internal control. • Periodic audit studies to identify and assess areas of compliance risk • Establish risk-based plans of engagements to determine the priorities of the internal audit activity to improve the organization’s operations. • Advise business unit in team of internal control and compliance. • Identify and report to Chief of Risk Managemperformance of operational departments with regard to compliance policy. • Collaborates and advises for each Business Unit compliance. • Prepare the Executive Summary of the audit results to present in the Audit Committee’s Meeting. อัตรา 1 เงินเดือน ตามตกลง/ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ Slim Up Center จังหวัด กรุงเทพมหานคร ปทุมวัน วันที่ 4 มี.ค. 2567

Company Secretary (Supervisor or Manager level) 1. To be responsible for providing the Committee’s meeting and shareholders’ meeting, cooperating with SET and SEC and preparing all related documents as they require, as well as generating strong communications to shareholders, investor and analysts. 2. To attend Foundation, Board of Directors’, Committee’s and Executive Board Meetings when required and assist the Corporate Secretary in preparation of the Agendas and Minutes of the Meetings and associated production of materials. 3.
